Tim Jordan

Tim has 15+ years of extensive experience in Finance, Investment Banking and Asset Management.  He has full cycle start-up experience from prospect identification and analysis, modeling, capital fundraising, and implementation as COO.  

Throughout his career, he has relied upon excellent analysis and modeling skills with a focus on translating a company’s goals and dreams into an attractive monetization model and then packaging for both public and institutional investors.  

Tim has either led or participated in over $4 billion of capital raises.

Most recently Tim co-founded LoneStar Emergency Group where he raised all capital, negotiated all professional relationships and was COO.  Tim was instrumental in the company's growth from no revenues to $20 million in revenues in three years.

Tim lives in Denver spending as much time as he can with his children, whom he adores.
