Both. We evaluate your needs and devise a support schedule with the opportunity to expand or contract the allocated hours. 

Petit LLC was founded on the idea that not only big teams should have access to quality support.  Therefore, most of our clients start with part-time support. However, most clients learn quickly how valuable our services are and ask for more hours as their business grows. We are happy to grow into full-time support or more as the needs of our clients increase. 

This depends on what kind of expertise and skills are required to best meet your needs. 

Each client relationship is different because we customize the support plan based on client needs.  We will ask you questions to help determine what your needs are and how we can help.  Then, we will help you determine approximately how many hours you will need with which skillsets to best accomplish those goals successfully and efficiently. Finally, we set a weekly retainer amount appropriate to your needs for the required hours.  While we value realistic expectations, we will work with your budget as much as we are able to, but we will also be honest with what we believe we can accomplish within the weekly hourly commitment. 

Schedule an appointment with Jeanette, our Founder. 

She will work with you to determine how we can help you. You may also ask any questions you may have.  She will then create a proposal based on your needs, budget, etc. to build a partnership. When you decide to go forward, we sign a client agreement outlining the expectations.  When you start with Petit LLC, Jeanette will work with you directly, alongside the Petit LLC professionals, to make sure we are strategic and purposeful in setting up all the areas of support you need. Once the team is set up for success, Jeanette will continue to meet with you to make sure we are constantly moving forward and progressing strategically toward your goals.  We adjust as needed, bring in specialized skillsets as needed, and continue to grow with you and your team.
