Rachel Strozewski

Ms. Strozewski is a senior member of the leadership team with Southern Company’s Nicor subsidiary’s Asset Protection department.  Additionally, she has held management positions in the field operations departments where she increased operational efficiencies by conducting top-down studies of interdepartmental processes, working with internal and external partners. 

During the recent pandemic, she developed a virtual, interactive platform which enabled the Southern Co. to provide access to leadership and all employees a platform for the real time collaboration and deployment of cross departmental initiatives.  

Ms. Strozewski is a subject matter expert in identifying and mitigating procedural bottlenecks and has deep experience working within strict regulatory environments such as PHMSA and ICC. 

Ms. Strozewski calls Chicago, Illinois her home where she passionately supports her children, the United Way and Women in Energy organizations.
