Standard Operating Procedures

Every organization needs standard operating procedures at some point in their growth but too many companies spend little to no time constructing them or revising them. Much too often they are adapted and revised resulting in  the goals of the organization not being achieved because their SOPs are a decade old.  Petit LLC has built these from scratch, we have helped adapt existing plans, and we have built training and development procedures by observing the results of the SOPs. We do all of this to ensure scalable growth well into the future.

Screening and interviewing

Our partners often find us when they are very overdue for support, simply because interviewing candidates takes so much time that usually isn’t available.  Often we can provide all the support they need and help them immediately.  However, the  best solution might be to help find a new employee for the organization itself; we can cover that too.  We will create  requisitions, screen the candidates, and narrow down the pool to only the best candidates. This can mean the difference in hiring in a week versus it taking a month or more to get the right candidate at the right time.

Verifying candidate information is vital to hiring quality individuals. We can help complete these vital checks in a timely manner.
